The first part of the interview was a WebEx meeting. I was pulled for a second in person interview in which I shadowed a patient care tech on the floor.

They asked me numerous times if I had any previous healthcare experience.
Very easy, was not asked any questions when I was hired 2 years ago. It might be different now. They told me about the hospital and the floor I would be working on.
