There are no curve balls or abstract questions as the entire process is designed for the HR rep to get a feel of your character/behavior.

Sent resume to corporate office... Got a call back weeks later. Drove an hour away and thought it went well.. Then got an email stating I wasnt a good fit even though the young man who interviewed acted like I was hired by going in to detail my salary..
