It was over the phone, you speak to the owner. Very informal. Quite easy and she wants to know how knowledgeable you are about cooking and being in the kitchen.

Phone screening first, then met in a coffee shop for main interview. Could tell immediately the job was not what I expected it to be. Skill and experience with children was not important.
