Screening and technical interview with a short practical challenge, centered on discussing professional experience, technical depth, and approach to problem-solving. Friendly, conversational tone aimed at understanding skills, mindset, communication, and overall team fit.
Shockingly poor process. The initial screening call was scheduled and then cancelled like 5 minutes before the meeting before the person said they are sick. The meeting was rescheduled for another day. Finally, when the interview took place, the person told me that they had seen my salary expectations (which you have to enter during the application) and they were far beyond their budget and we couldn't proceed forward. I was honestly shocked because we wasted 2 weeks, we rescheduled meetings only to find out that they hadn't taken a look at my application properly and was not aware of my salary expectation, yet they still invited me to an interview. Really, really poor. Disappointing place altogether
