I applied through Linkedin and was contacted within a couple days. Had a zoom interview with the East Coast Senior Paralegal Manager and two main paralegals from the two offices I'd be working with/who would be training me (working at the DC office, working with the Reston office daily). Was contacted within 2 hours with an offer.
