Cooperative Energy interview questions

There is a three-step process. Initially, I was sent a link to complete a HireVue interview. The next step included me driving to MS for an in-person interview. The in-person interview was a three-person panel, with around 15 behavioral questions, and 3 technical questions. The final step before the onboarding process would be another interview. However, I was not selected.

The interview was with 3 employees and they asked several questions about teamwork and my resume. The questions were pretty tough and were very case-sensitive. But overall it was a great learning experience.
