Two interviews with two different managers. More of a conversation than back and forth questions asked. Very easy going and relaxed. Was offered the position at the end of the second interview

Interview process was pretty quick and seamless. Interview managers were really friendly overall and i felt super comfortable going through the interview. All of the employees were very friendly and professional!

Interview
I was called in for an interview pretty soon after applying. The interview was pretty quick, they mostly ask about your experience with customer service. I was offered a job at the end of the interview and they had me go back to the office to do some onboarding activities the same day.
It seems like they hire a lot of people at once and then weed people out through the intense training process. They might offer you a different job than you interviewed for if you don’t have much experience.
