I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Copart (Homestead, FL) in Jul 2014
Interview
Had a great interview, it was easy and quick and was informed of everything that I should expect as an employee of Copart. The interviewer guided me to understand the company and it's mission, vision, and values. I was a bit nervous at first but later felt comfortable to be myself and show I can be a great addition to this Great company.
I applied online. I interviewed at Copart (Dallas, TX)
Interview
The recruiting team automatically rejects, ignores, and makes false promises to potential employers. Copart as a company does not seem to care about their employee's and potential onboarding staff. The Human Resource Department (as recruiting has stated) is non-existent and they have staff running both departments at once.
