Simple and quick. Since I am an intern and school it wasn't rigorous. The director of behavioral health and my supervisor was present and explained what the process of me interning would look like.

I had a virtual interview with 3 interviewers. One Interviewer was friendly and excited, one was very direct with a negative air, and the last was unremarkable. They seemed only interested in experience with substance use and not trauma, which could have been listed in the job posting but wasn't.
