The worst interview process I have ever had.
I applied on the company portal and then got a mail to schedule an interview within a set of dates and times which I did. The next day I got another mail providing a different interview date and time outside of the earlier period options without any information on the reason for the change.
Then on the new date without any call, I got an auto-mail that they would not be moving forward with my application.
Very so unprofessional process.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Copperleaf in Mar 2023
Interview
1st round is a phone interview with HR. Most of the questions is about your CV and a few behavioral questions. 2nd round is with a Team Lead. He is very friendly and professional. Asked about my experience, system design and deep dive with a little bit of coding. I didn't get through the 2nd round.

Interview
Was recruited through LinkedIn, had a phone interview, then set up time to interview with their team at their offices. The first half of the interview were questions about previous projects, implementations, pros and cons of various programming methodologies, designs, and concepts. The second half of the interview was using a Javascript framework I was unfamiliar with to set up API endpoints and explain the differences between HTTP protocols and architectural decisions.
