Phone screen then in person interview and lab tour. Entire process took about 1.5 weeks after applied. Both interviewers were kind and responsive. Lab was easy to find. Expectations were clear.

Very easy going process. Just like with an interview, experience is key, make good contact, and show genuine interest in the company. Looking for that the employee that will go above and beyond for the company. Interviewer was young and laid back which made it more easier to talk to.
