I applied online and received a follow-up email the following day for an interview. The interview lasted less than five minutes in a rented out basement office area. The person mainly asked how I found out about them, what I liked about them and what was it about the ad that attracted me to apply. The interviewer asked me to describe with three words why I be good for job. The person then replied with they were continuing interviewing and that they would contact me for an second interview, if chosen, which would take place for about 45 minutes at one of their events within a Sams Club.
Receive email next day that I had been chosen, set up at 2nd interview time for few days later.
At second interview, I watched the person try to sale the product and in between they asked me again what I thought about the company and what attracted me to the ad. I polite responded and was asked if I had any questions, I did. I asked about compensation and benefits and they replied we would get to that in a few minutes when we went to sit down.
A few minutes later we walked to Sams club cafeteria and the interviewer asked me to describe in three words of my personality that would make them want to hire me. Also asked what I thought now that I had seen them in action. Again was asked if I had any questions. I again asked about compensation and benefits. She quickly explained that at the end of the week someone adds up your hours and commission and which ever is largest is the one you get, although at the first interview it was explained as a base compensation with commission's. When they were done I politely asked about paid time off, holidays, medical, etc and all they did was ignore me and explain the pay again.
I got the impression right then they were not going to hire me , as that is what a third interview is. I felt that my asking what are normal questions, made them nervouse and uninterested at that point.
