They bring you in for a "meet and greet", where they sell you on all of the success of their "direct push marketing strategy". If they like you they bring you in again to "see if you have what it takes". This job is a Pyramid Scheme . They finally let you know that the position is to go door-to-door selling roofing and windows for their client. Then when you "fully understand the marketing strategy" you get promoted into a "management position" which involves finding other schmucks to go door to door for you.

The office is nice and the people there were nice. The interview is business professional but the interview itself was very informal and laid-back. You really need to have your social media/search engine optimization skills on lock. The interview went well but there were more qualified applicants.
