This was a positive interview experience, up until I was ghosted. The process consisted of:
1. Behavioral phone screen with HR consisting of basic behavioral questions like "Why Corelation?", "Why this role?", etc.
2. Interview (virtual due to COVID) with the management team going over the specific details of my resume, past projects, skills, etc. This was a lot more technical than the first interview.
After the second round, I was informed by HR that I was not a good fit for this position, and they would like to consider me for a Developer role. They sent a skills assessment with basic CS questions that I completed, but after this I was not contacted again despite multiple follow-ups. I don't mind being told I am no longer being considered, but it is rude and disrespectful to ghost candidates who have spent their valuable time applying for the position!
