Took a least a week but the process was very quick and easy , Interviewed through Microsoft Teams with 8 people and had an phone interview with Hr a couple of days later.

The interview was a brief 25-minute video call over Microsoft Teams with the nursing supervisor and the charge nurse. They asked fairly basic clinical questions and about my personal attributes (punctuality, reliability, etc).

How would your previous supervisors describe you in three words?
The interview was over the phone. It lasted around 30 minutes. It consisted of the unit manager and another manager from a different unit. The questions were typical of an interview. Manager was personable.

Contacted via phone to set up an interview, waited in the lobby to be retrieved for my meeting. It was formal, very pen and paper, corporate style questions. Two interviewers. Both asked questions and answered questions. Emphasized open door policies!
