Three stages, one with the recruiter (typical box ticking stuff with skills against the job requirements), a slightly more technical interview with the consultancy team and then a conversation with the VP about the culture. The teams were all friendly enough and explained the role, unfortunately I can’t call it a positive experience as I was left to wait nearly 3 weeks after the final stage interview, after being initially told it would only be a few days, eventually getting an obviously generic rejection email. Attempts to get personalised feedback have been ignored.

The process was fairly quick and got regular updates from h.r. The nicest Interview Panel I have ever come across. Very knowledge and understanding.
