Interview process moved quickly. Had a chat with HR and then with the team. Questions were fairly streamlined to the position and the interviewers were friendly. I got a verbal offer after about 2 weeks.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and why do you want to work for us?
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Corix Group (New York, NY) in Jan 2024
Interview
Responsive, interactive, inquisitive, helpful, challenging but simple. I thought overall it was a basic but good process. Only downside was the initial interaction was a text requesting interview and it seemed like Spam

Question 1
I don't remember. Huy they were above average b in t not hard
I had an interesting experience to say the least. I was initially told that 3 specific people would be on the round 1 interview. The day before the interview, 1 additional person was added for a total of 4 people from the org on the interview panel. For the actual interview, only 2 people were on the call. I assume just schedule changes. But I was not notified or given any reason for the last-minute change. The interview itself was rough. One of my interviewers told me he would not be on camera because he was driving. Not the best time to interview, but that is your choice. The other person on the call was the hiring manager. Unfortunately, she was not welcoming. No emotion, no smiling. I did feel she was a bit rude. The questions seemed to be off the top of their head. No structure. A lot of their questions had me repeat something I already talked about or mentioned. They also did not ask if I had any questions or open the call up for me to speak beyond answering their questions. I knew the job was not a good fit for me based on the interview.
