Interview
Pretty standard-applied online, 1st interview on phone, 2nd interview in person about one week later. Had general personality test & basic math skills test. Told I would hear back in 1-2 weeks. No response by phone or email. Wouldn't recommend company. VP of lending stated during interview he could replace employees with AI-doesn't seem like they care too much about employees.
