A brief phone interview with a recruiter, who was overly enthusiastic about the position and my qualifications. From my perspective, she did not set appropriate expectations and misled me to believe I was a perfect fit. I never received an interview from the hiring manager, which was disappointing. Instead, I received a generic email several weeks later telling me the position had been filled. Not a good look for the company, and I feel I've dodged a bullet. Good luck to the candidate who was hired-ha!
