Cornerstone Engineering Consulting Civil Engineers Entry-Level Structural Engineer interview questions

I interviewed with the principal/founder. He spent a very long time explaining his mentality on being a mentor to his engineers and went off on several long winded tangents. He asked me very few questions and gave a short test, which he then reviewed with me. They were straightforward and I clearly did not do as well as he hoped. All questions I should have been able to answer, but I've been out of the industry for a year following my college graduation and was simply unprepared.
