3-Step Process: Phone interview, Informational interview, Final interview. The second and first are supposed to explain position and expectations. This is were candidates get little input, but rather listen and ask questions about the position. Interviewers ask after first and second if candidate is still interested in position. Final interview allows candidate to explain experience and qualifications. First part are questions about the resume and work experience. It is followed by four formal interview questions and a final geography quiz where candidate is supposed to match eight countries to their capitals and 1-2 sentences of information about the countries.
