      I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Corning

      Interview

      Talked to recruiters at a university career fair and was offered an interview the next day, a few days later I was invited back for a on-site interview in Charlotte. The first day in Charlotte was a speed-dating type reception where I met ~8 managers and the other applicants, the second day was two behavioral interviews (the questions weren't difficult but definitely a little unusual). I heard back about a week later with the offer.
