Pleasant and comfortable experience. Very easy to find. I would recommend the area and the commute was not that bad. I came in and was greeted sat down and felt like i could see myself working there. I was just needing a higher wage to feed my family

Interview
First there is a phone interview. Next, you are asked to prepare an activity and you are expected to facilitate it during your panel interview. The interview is at least an hour long and you are asked a number of questions about your preparation process.

Interview
We were placed in small groups with people who we did not know. Then we're we're told to wait and each group was whisked away into a room and in each room we had different tasks, one was to design a map with a school an airport a prison and a MTA station. We were not allowed to talk or communicate with each other in any way and we were judged based on what we drew on the paper and where we drew it. In the next room we were asked a question 'whether we believed that we should hold back student who fail a grade or send them to the next grade with more support'
