Had a good phone screening. Followed up twice. No indication of whether position is filled. Assuming it is, but disappointed to not hear back at all. The person who screened was another account worker, not an HR person (according to their website).

Interview
3 interviews total 1 initial screening interview and then 2 back to back interviews. Not a great process and give no feedback at all even after 3 rounds of interviews. Really frustrating and discouraging when recruiters ghost you especially in this job market, I get it's a demanding job but I hope next time they try to imagine themselves in our shoes.
One interview over the phone for about 20-30 minutes. Followed by a second zoom interview set up a week later. No response from company after second interview after reaching out to see what status was.
