Hiring Manager simply read through a list of pre-determined questions. No two-way conversation at all. He cut me off several times while responding to his questions. He admitted he hadn't reviewed my resume prior to our meeting.
We regret that you had a negative experience during our initial phone screening. We review every resume and stick to a standard set of questions to evaluate each potential candidate equally. We value concision, and we must stick to the time allocated for each screening session.

After applying I received a call from HR a few days later. She introduced the company and asked me if I had 10 minutes to conduct the initial phone screen. She asked me to tell her about any relevant experience, why I wanted to work at CSS, if I'd be willing to undergo a background check if requested etc
