The process was odd, scheduled me in the interview 2 weeks away then on the day tell me they are already far with someone so will let me know! Also interviewer turned up late and never apologised and I know someone else who has such a horrible time to, they were late to every single call, had ongoing issues with joining the call or not turning up! It’s seriously a red flag
