I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Costa Del Mar
Interview
Worst interview experience I've ever had. I did 4 interviews total. First one went well, it was a phone screen by a recruiter. The next three interviews were scheduled roughly a month apart from one another with no communication or way to contact them in between. Each interview lasted about an hour, and in the end, it seemed they had no authority to even make a hire because they still needed to fill a VP position. Complete lack of awareness for a candidate's time and mental health. 3 months, really, and then there was no follow up about not getting the job or if the position was ever filled! And they wouldn't share a salary range. Who would possibly stay interested.

Interview
I really enjoyed the entire interview process at Costa. It began with several phone conversations and then an in-person interview in Florida. Everyone was extremely nice and it was an extremely difficult decision to turn down a job offer as I loved the people at Costa.

Question 1
How would you add your expertise to grow the brand? Why Costa? Most of the visit was to discuss a marketing strategy and plan for this specific job title.

Interview
HR phone screen to begin. Then spoke directly to hiring department manager. Finally an on-site interview with managers, directors and VP of the company. Very relaxed company and environment, they have a lot of work to be done so they were looking for someone with internship experience to handle the abundance of work. Seems like the culture at Costa is well engraved and the people are amazing to speak to. highly recommend.
