You submit a pre recorded video with, then 45 min video interview with two people, then I believe 1 more but I didn’t make it that far as I was ghosted afterward. 3 rounds total.

I actually applied and interviewed for CIEE twice. The first time was in 2013. The second time was a month ago. The first time I was interviewed probably 3 times, once on phone and twice on Skype. They flew me to Portland and put me up in a hotel. I interviewed and was told they would make a decision quick. Of course, I still waited over a month with no response. The only reason I got a response was that I emailed them multiple times. This time, I applied online and quickly participated in a one-way interview, recording my answers to questions and having them sent it. Then I did a Skype interview with three people. The one guy in the back seemed bored and disinterested in anything he was doing that day. The two women were active and polite. However, again, they said they wanted to act quick on this. They said they were hiring multiple people. But, again, I waited over a month for a response, many times emailing them with no response. I really believe you shouldn't waste your time with this place. Just don't bother.
