Applied in October, interview offered in January. Video interview with Program leader in Barcelona for Global Navigator Program Leader position. The interview was in Spanish for Language and Culture program despite several emails from CIEE Barcelona leading up to it being in English. Originally signed up for a half hour interview, but then it became scheduled as an hour long interview right before.

I wasn't sure what to expect but the process was very timely, even conducting across international borders. I submitted my materials, had an interview about 3-4 weeks later, then was informed of my selection and extended an offer two weeks later.
