Counsyl interview questions

It was a very long process, including a series of several interviews and screening assignments over the course of several months. I was really excited about the company and enjoyed speaking with everyone I had an opportunity to speak to, but was disappointed with how things were handled once I was no longer being considered. Despite having numerous interviews and being really far along in the process, I didn't really receive any feedback or notification that someone else was selected.

The interview was set up like a regular panel interview and things seemed to be great until the CEO Ramji came in. He was very casually dressed, but was not at all casual in his demeanor or line of questioning. He started really questioning any answer I gave him in a very combative and condescending tone. I was not part of the tech industry in my experience and he went out of his way to make that known with his line of questioning. He started asking questions that had nothing to do with the role or about my experience to demonstrate basically how much smarter he was than me and made me feel like why did I even show up for this interview. I get it he's smart and more successful than me but did he really need to do that and be so disrespectful? I'm sure he might treat others he respects with more respect, but if he does not. Watch out! Worst interview experience of my life just on a respect level. Other people on the panel were fine. I feel sorry for anyone who would have to report or deal with him.
