There was a Zoom interview. The questions were pretty basic. But a red flag was being asked what I would do if I didn't get along with a colleague. In my experience, this question is often asked due to a previous personal or work issue at the office.
Otherwise, just a pretty basic interview. Nothing dynamic.

Interview
I contacted them, and had to reach out again after a few weeks of no response. After I followed up, I got an interview with the Director of the Education Department, and she was interested in finding me a spot on the team. We talked about the benefits of art in the community, and she offered me a position to teach dance to primary schools within the local community.
