Interview
Interview process took about 1 week and only experienced one phone interview. The phone interview was fairly normal with generic interview questions, but was conducted in a very unprofessional manner. I was put on speaker phone, which is generally fine, but I was never introduced to the other people in the room and could hear people talking/giggling in the background.
Process was pretty standard for a pre-IPO start-up at the time. The team was really welcoming an nice, the questions were thoughtful and engaging, and everyone was on time to their interviews.

Interview
The process was easy and very fast. I had a 30 mins phone screen with the hiring manager. The next interview was a remote interview with one of the team members. Asking a lot of behavioural and situational questions. Overall the conversations were pleasant and positive
