Covenant Health (Tennessee) interview questions

Submitted an application, attended job fair with resume and had a nice interview with an HR person. It sounded like the department was trying to get organized and I don’t think they know what they want. I didn’t hear anything for a couple weeks so I reached out to the HR contact and she responded quickly that I’m overqualified. The position has been posted for about five months.

Very smooth and easy interview. Was given a tour of many units and was able to ask many questions. Was asked about experience and what unit I would prefer to work on.
