Noting more than a simply cheesy phone interview, didn't ask much more than "can you and will you want to do this job". They lied to me saying the training would not affect my education, which it did.

Interview was over the phone....pretty easy. The typical "Describe when blank situation occurred in your past and what you did to solve the problem." Extensive background check. Had to remember 10 years worth of info for the check. Physical test of lifting a crate with 70Lbs of weights and testing your range of motion a part of the process. Standard drug and alcohol testing. Initial contact to in the classroom training....about 4 months.
