First completed an application and testing that included math and grammar. I interviewed with a senior member of the Case Management department and then took a second test that was timed and asked personality questions. I was asked to come back another day to meet with a Vice President.

First interview was done remotely, about 20 minutes and was just an overview about the company, position, and if I had any questions. Next was given a basic math and comprehension exam that lasted an hour. Then was given a personality quiz. Unfortunately was not given an offer after the personality quiz - if you don’t answer them the way they want and answers aren’t consistent enough, it seems you’re not offered a position. Was told though if I got through the quiz part of the interview I would be given a final interview that would go in-depth about my resume, experience, etc. Overall, a bit of a strange process
