I applied online. I interviewed at CoverGo (Hong Kong) in Aug 2022
Interview
1. online coding challenge by Codility(1hr) - I scored 79%
2. take-home exercise(4hrs) - build a webapp for filling form and buying an insurance policy. They suggested using tailwind. I did use taliwind and React. I did the project well made sure I covered all the edge cases and tested it well.
I spent hours of assessment for them but I was abandoned and finally after my follow up received a mail that I was rejected. I had received reasonable rejections where I did not perform well in the past and I accept it. But at covergo I did well. I really did well I met the requirements in the problem statement of the app but they did not give a proper reason for a person who spent hours on doing their online assessments and assignments.
