The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at CoverHound (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Got an impression that admin/hr is highly uncoordinated who tries to handle multiple tasks albeit very ineffectively.
Initially when I applied for this role I got an invitation for a telephone interview from the admin/hr. Thought it was going to be with her but turned out it was with hiring manager.
I cleared the phone screen with hiring manager and they asked me to visit their office for in-person interviews. I sent my available times but never got a response from this admin/hr until I sent a reminder again.
During the onsite I had good conversations with 2 of them and one of them was a video interview. This person conducting video interview from her home had major internet issues. Couldn’t understand what she was asking as most of the time there was connection issues and also got an impression that she is rude.
All in all, it was an experience and I followed up with this admin/hr person regarding my application status but as expected never got a response. Can understand that given how poorly their current/ex employees rate them.
Will never apply here again given the poor quality of people working here plus they try to think themselves as a tech company(being in Bay Area) which is definitely not the case.

Interview
Had an interview scheduled. They just didn't call me, then sent me an email the next day asking to reschedule. This happened twice. When I finally did get in contact, the interviewer sounded frustrated and overwhelmed. That was over a month ago. They still haven't followed up with a yes or a no. All of this is definitely off-putting and a red flag.
I interviewed with 2 product people for a marketing role. Would have been nice to have a discussion with someone in marketing! But they were nice and talked a lot about the company environment.
