Applied online, took two assessments tests (DISC and Wonderlic) performed phone interview, took a tour of the office, performed two in-person interviews, and finally, a role-play interview where I acted as account coordinator and my interviewer acted as a client after I was offered a "crash course" on the job of account coordinator.

The interviewers felt like peers and were very welcoming. They made every attempt to set me up for success. It made the process less stressful. Just be prepared and you will do great!

You have a phone interview, and then move onto a typical interview with a manager who asks the basic interview questions, if you do well you move onto a project day. You are give time to study and then you do a mock call to get a feel for what the AC role entails
