I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CoverMyMeds (Columbus, OH) in Nov 2021
Interview
This was a really easy interview process and was stress free. The first interview was really quick and lasted around 10-15 minutes. They asked really basic interview questions just to get a general idea of what you are like/looking for. The second interview was an hour long and was a video call. This was a more in depth interview and I was asked questions for 45 minutes straight before the last 15 minute mock call/project day part. If you do not look at the materials they send you before, you will not be able to complete this part. If you do look at all the information sent prior to the interview, then this part will be extremely easy.
If you really want to make a good impression, come prepared with genuine questions for the interviewers and don't ask some basic question that you can find on google.
Also, a big thing that they want to see is that you have researched CMM and know key terms .
