Great interview process. East to talk to manager and open conversation. I felt listened to and respected. It was also well organized which is was a plus. I am still waiting to hear back currently but the contact has been sending me thoughtful updates.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Covet PR (San Diego, CA)
Interview
The HR Manager was very thorough and transparent throughout the entire interview process. First off, she consistently responded to my emails, even when I was just inquiring about availability and introducing myself before jobs were being posted. From our initial phone call, she explained that the company was growing and looking to hire many positions, and that she would be looking to see which position I could potentially be a fit for. After completing a "homework" assignment, it was determined that I would be best slated as a Publicity Assistant candidate, and I was given a Skype interview with some team members and I received professional, positive reinforcement when following up. I received my offer and accepted right away, starting about five days later.
Overall, the process was long - about 3-4 weeks - but I respected the agency's dedication to ensuring they were finding the right candidates, which is very important in the end.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Covet PR (San Diego, CA) in Nov 2017
Interview
I had a very positive interview experience with Covet PR. I was in the process of moving from San Francisco to San Diego and was very stressed. The hiring manager was flexible with my time and made the whole process much more relaxing than anticipated. The initial phone call was your standard overview of the role/tell me about your background conversation and the onsite went a little deeper. Once I was given an offer, I immediately accepted!
