The HR immediately puts you under pressure by sending a case study with 2 days of limitation. They advertise and reiterate on transparent communication, but this is not true.
The case study was a tricky worded take-home test, more like a math problem or analyst problem other than anything to do with software or engineering.
After solving the task they refer to being failed immediately, despite the task had to be solved on non-standard sql language (full with bugs). They don't address any questions even if each steps are elaborated with comments and examples - they just terminate the requirement process.
No relevant questions on your profile, or on your task. They don't care. If they do this approach in hiring process, wondering what this could be like working for them.
