Three Cowan employees conducted the interview. Major overkill. They asked questions from a list. Silly questions like “What step would you take to learn a process?” These three ladies did not take any time to learn about me. They spent most of the time telling me about who they were and how long they worked at Cowan. I was not impressed.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cowan Systems (Baltimore, MD) in May 2012

I was told about this job and jumped on the opportunity right away. I sent my resume in and had an interview set up shortly after. I felt having 5 people in my entry level interview was a little overkill, but I still impressed and got an offer within an hour.
