Cowlar interview questions

Technical Recruiter knows little to nothing, the interview was small and a quick one. But one of their actual developers hoped in, he was a good guy and it felt like hes got a good domain knowledge of his work

Asking those questions that even the interviewer dont know about, very absurd questions about methods that are not used anywhere in the world. Told me there were 8 interview stages(!!!), From people working there, there is no work life balance, you work like a slave there. Very broken recruitment process, they even told me that can be rejected at any stage of interview without any reason.
