A COX Talent Recruiter called my cell and held a 20 min behavioral interview. It went well. A follow up email advised me of the next action, a face to face interview in 2 dayz with the requested exercise presentation.
Interview day, staff member #1 and I exchange details of our backgrounds and companies. Technical skills discussed and behavioral questions answered. Panel #1 member was very easy to speak with and made me feel at ease. Panel #2 & #3 the same process of exchange and again both provided a level of calm while inquiring about various skills and experiences.
End of Interview, I was escorted to the lobby and advised that a review of today's interview would be done along with a follow up contact with next action.
