The initial interview process was great. Phone screen by recruiter followed quickly by phone interview with hiring manager and then in person interview with hiring manager. Throughout that process all was well. After that their communication became terrible. Almost 3 weeks went by with no communication from the company. I sent emails to the recruiting team and hiring manager requesting updates and then nothing! When they decided to go with another candidate I simply received a rejection form email...and this was for a high level position. Disappointing that their focus on the candidate experience fell off so greatly in the end.
