After submitting an application, I was emailed by a recruiter in Atlanta. We set up at 30 minute phone call where we had great conversation, she was moving me on to the next level. She went out of her way to tell me about comps. After the call, she sent over benefits information and had me take the screener. Three weeks later, still have not heard a word. I was shocked that such a large company who is supposed to have strong values doesn't have the courage to say "not a great fit" instead of never responding again (even to follow up emails). I have family who is connected to COX and they were disappointed as well.
