The interviewer seemed lost once I told her I was homeschooled. Asked me about my interests and hobbies and what I would say one of my weaknesses was. After that she explained the dress code and position and told me to fill out a background check form. That was it.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Cracker Barrel (Bowling Green, KY)
Interview
The interview process was very easy and they hired me on the spot. They don’t require much and they will just ask you a few questions about yourself, your experience, and how you’d respond in certain situations regarding customer retention.

Interview
The interview was pretty quick, I got hired that same day during the interview . It was a one on one with the retail manager. He got up a few times during the interview but overall he was a nice guy, caring, explained the dress code, he’s still pretty nice now
