Filled out an application, and then was interviewed three times by a different manager each time. Had to go back in person to remind them I was still interested and to schedule subsequent interviews. Each time, the interviewing manager would look at my application, ask me a few questions, and tell me that if I didn't hear anything in a couple of days, to come back in...this happened three times before I was given a job offer.
