Great open communication before my in-person interview. Once on-site I met with a few key people to discuss the role and explore ideas for my position. The tour of the facility was great and I was impressed with the capabilities. I was very surprised when, after they said in person and via other communications that I would receive an offer, they declined to give me an offer. It was very confusing and they wouldn't respond to even explain why they changed their mind. Completely unprofessional.
