Craftsvilla approached me for a position in their team. The HR guy looked good initially, but when refused to mention my current CTC as it's totally personal information, he started behaving rudely. He was forcing me to say what is my current CTC? I kept my calm and told him if my expectation match with the company's budget for this position then it makes sense to keep talking. But he started accusing me e.g there is something fishy, you are hiding your information, started accusing me of forgery. How do these things come? why do I need to share my personal information? Once a wise man said, "If a recruiter can't value your skills without knowing what somebody else paid you, they're a really bad recruiter!". If they insist you on saying the current CTC, just leave, they just don't deserve you.
